Because digital products can be accessed and downloaded immediately,

all sales are generally considered final once access has been provided.

If you have trouble accessing your purchase or downloading your product
please contact us and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
When A Refund May Be Considered
Refunds may be considered where there is a genuine technical issue that prevents access to the product and we are unable to resolve it.

Refunds are not normally provided simply because a customer changes their mind after receiving access to the product.

Payment Platform
Purchases may be processed through WarriorPlus or another third-party payment platform. Any refund request may also be subject to the policies and processes of the payment platform used at checkout.
